Great new tunes from the Sewing Machine. I particularly enjoy the Stinkin' Feet Song. And I really like how you've developed Derbyshire Children's Hospital - I think the emotion conveyed in this version is even more powerful than the first effort.

Also want to mention the vocal interplay on Message from the Wreckage - like it a lot.

Nice stuff.

Another great Brother Ray session. It's been too long since the last one but this is indeed a welcome return - and the ongoing saga of the complicated Brother Ray lovelife sounds as juicy as ever!

All great tracks, I can't really pick any one out as a favourite. But I really like the way you explored some different territory - brilliant country song and a lovely set of variations on the Paganini theme - it pisses all over Lloyd Webber's efforts!

A listening session sometime later this month would be great - let's get it together.

It's great stuff. Which VST Moog are you using by the way? Particularly loved "Don't Call Me Jolyon".

thanks for posting these Brother.

I would just like to say that the part of the track "A Long Un" which goes into a listless funk groove at around 12:15, to which Brother Buffalo adds one of his best ever lyrics - threatening to arrest the Pope - stands as my all-time favourite Lodge moment.

To this heady stew is added a synth arpeggiation beginning at 15:35 which I can only describe as "the Herbie Hancock sound" which I plan to use on ALL future recordings.

This kind of sound HAS to be taken out live to be properly appreciated.

I enjoyed these 3 little idea-ettes. I think Dodgy House would be worth working on. 'America' was the most completely formed idea and I thought it had potential (although I found the lyric "the US - it spells 'us'" laugh-out-loud cheesey! - but hey, that's not stood in the way of many a pop hit) and Cherry Trees was a nice little mellow number.

Well done Oak/Biccies.
