Belated Review of BL26 & BL27

Some very brief, belated comments on these sessions - have listened to everything a few times, and have to say have been loving the BB sessions. Seems like you’ve hit a bit of a purple streak recently. Particularly enjoyed ‘Deep Space 2′ as it reminds me of one of the extended soundscapes between songs on Roger Waters’ ‘Amused To Death’. Session 28 as a whole is very strong. As I’m
writing this, also digging ‘Purity.’ There’s a confidence and assurance about the production.

BT - enjoyed ‘Trained Particles’ in particular.

    Glad you enjoyed ‘Trained Particles’. Sorry about the continual re-use of your May 08 “Beijing Olympics” session in “Where You Gonna Hide” and “Meet God”.

    Note to trainspotters: “Lookin For Da Higgs” and “Trained Particles” both use a sample of “Angel Face” by The Glitter Band.

    Can I just second the notion that da Buffalo is putting out some absolutely sterling work at the moment. Fantastic stuff.
